Hello, I'd love to have the latest version of Immersion mod, already tried to make one myself but the mod is so heavily coded that I've had to give up...,
I've tried everything I can think of but it just won't work, the best I can do was making Necromancer playable but for some reason I can't talk to most of the npcs, their dialog boxes just won't pop up -_-

I know you're currently busy with rl but please consider do it if you have some free time since I don't think the author will release any new version anytime soon...

Edit: after playing for sometime, I gotta say, this mod has the best system ever! there are many uniqueness like auto-pickup gold and wilderness npcs, crafting is also interesting but what I like the most is the skill tree, each skill has its uses and fits the theme of each character perfectly, seriously it such a shame that it takes such a long time to release each patch...

I'm not saying it is impossible, but I tried this dead mod a couple years ago and couldn't get it to work properly with D2SE either.
Like you said, likely due to heavy code edits, and external dependencies

I just tried the new version, everything look great so far, only one thing... I couldn't run glide in window mode..., already tried -w, and yep -3dfx also didn't work -_-
Are there any other ways?


Edit: nvm, I'm used to it now.
Edit 2: It's been a while, any news on Immersion for d2se, SpiKe?  :)

Hi,

as stated inside the D2SE license you are allowed to host unmodified files so feel free to download and host the files ... but please keep in mind that its just better to simply link to my sections here as soon there will be updates on D2SE and all modplugins .. as soon as the next version is ready .. the documentation will also be subject to updates then. Ah.. and another important one .. the files have to be free and no money can be charged for them.

Hi,

as most of the authors are already inactive i would suggest to do it like me ... host the files and incase of complains remove the mod immediately. I have some mods in my list where i only link to the original site as the author is still active modding and supports D2SE himself. Every modder is welcome to contact me to do the same and get help in making D2SE plugins that comply to the D2SE specifications.

Hi guys,
also wanted to restart Eastern sun after long absence..I followed the instructions on page one with the mod manager. Got ES and also followed the remarks on page 5 (plugy 9 etc..).
Still starting the mod through modmanager nothing happens..even if plugy is disabled.
Could anybody help me? So excited to start again..
I'm using Windows 10 with a fully patched d2 version..

Hast du D2SE über 1.14 oder 1.13c installiert? D2SE unterstützt noch kein 1.14x.

Habe aber keine CD mehr und kann nur direkt übers Bnet laden..die Version dort ist doch vorgepatcht oder?

Hello

Iam new to this site and these mods I have made a basic mod to change runewords base items  and also you can make runewords in magic set rare and unique items with  new super boss hidden in act 3. when I install D2SE I cannot launch my D2 chaos server so I was wondering how I can make my realm accessible through D2SE ?????

Hi,

at the end of D2SE_SETUP.ini there is a part to configure the realm ... download one of our realm mods and look there for reference.
BTW the default realmport is 4000

without further informations no one can help as c0000005 is a WTF error. I wold check if you are running  d2se.exe as administrator as this is necessary.
