HP roll-over cap?

Does anyone know the hp roll-over cap?


I am playing a summon necro.
And after some playing I decided to max my Clay Golem and Golem Mastery.
So I could have a tank, while my minions kill.


After maxing both skills and with +skill gear. I ended up with lvl 98 Clay Golem with 94k hp.
And that is without synergies. With synergies that would have been another 900% hp+
So in theory you could end up with a Clay Golem with 7 to 900k hp.


But I noticed that my Golem died in 1 hit every time, even mobs in Act 1 Blood Moor would one-shot it.
Wich really sucks, cause my Blood Golem wich has only 1 point in it and 11k hp, stays alive during most off UD in Hell.


So I have to make another char cause I basically wasted 120 skill points.


If anyone has encountered this before, or know the amount of hp at wich point the hp roll-over happens.
I would really like to know this.


I will experiment some with removing +skill gear and lower the Clay Golem hp. and see when it stops being one-shotted.

Should be around 89k, same goes for damage of a single element.
